With over 15 years in hospitality across the United States, he specializes in crafting unique custom cocktail menus, dialing in drink orders, and building the teams who run the most entertaining part of your event: the bar.

When Ian isn’t tending bar or in the test kitchen conjuring new recipes, he’s traveling with his wife and dog, trying the newest bars around his home in San Diego, or recording music on his synthesizers.
